White's Art Co. HP Limoges "Blackberries" Dish

Beautiful hand painted dish executed by White's Art Company and decorated with a gorgeous blackberries motif. Unusual mold shape and unique coloring. Measures 10 3/4" across, 7 1/2" deep, and sits up nearly 3" to the top of the handle. Condition is very good-to-excellent, with no chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs. Some minor wear to the gold trim on the handle and around the edges, and one slight manufacturing blemish along the bottom rim, as seen in the close up photo. Signed by the artist, BEN. Stamped with White's red triangle trademark found between 1914 and 1923. Also stamped with the Limoges manufacturer's mark identified as Jean Pouyat Mark 5a, with a patent date of April 2, 1907.
