Good example of American hand painted porcelain from the 1920s. Not studio quality, but sort of cute and quirky in and of itself. Stands 8 3/8" tall, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Some minor discoloration to the gold trim on the handle, as shown. It also appears that the artist tried to make the area inside the neck iridescent, with a luster finish, that didn't turn out as well as it could have. All-in-all, not a fine treasure, but hopefully the price is right. Stamped on the bottom with a manufacturer's mark that simply reads: Germany, dating to piece to sometime after 1921.
