Our Service Pledge To You:
Emails will be responded to within 24 hours and orders shipped between 72 hours upon receipt of payment, depending on which day your payment clears. For made to order pieces, please allow between 5-7 business days. If the item is a gift, kindly provide the recipient's shipping address and tell me if a gift tag or card is required.

Eclettica designs are crafted from the best materials available. However, I realize accidents can still happen so I'll gladly repair any piece that becomes damaged due to faulty parts (but not damage resulting from normal wear and tear) for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Please ensure to retain your official Ruby Lane Purchase Order for Eclettica as proof of purchase and include a printout or a note detailing your Purchase Order No in the package. I'll also repair any Eclettica jewellery that becomes damaged after the warranty period for a small materials fee. Please email me for a quote.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE - All orders are shipped within 72 hours via Registered Airmail which is a Fully Guaranteed and Insured postal service. For made to order pieces, please allow between 5-7 business days. Akin to USPS Domestic First Class Mail, orders arrive anywhere between 5-10 working days, sooner if you're nearer to Asia. Shipping charges indicated are estimates and a refund will be issued if the final cost is less than what was paid.

Should you require an expedited service, Global Express is available with rates dependent on your shipping destination. Please convo The Atelier for costs. This service delivers orders between 3-5 working days, and also includes Insurance. If you choose Express Mail, please indicate as such in Notes To Seller upon checking out, and do not pay. An adjusted PayPal Invoice will be sent within 24 hours.

Please note PayPal payments MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS of the confirmation email and/or PayPal Invoice I send you! Money Orders and Checks MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS (inclusive of weekend). Failure to comply or email me for an extension will AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN YOUR ITEM BEING PLACED BACK IN MY STORE FOR SALE! Your attention to this is sincerely appreciated. I can only accept Money Orders and Checks drawn from a US or Singapore Bank. Items paid for with these modes will only be shipped upon clearance of funds. ** Kindly note that with immediate effect, Postal Money Orders will only be accepted for purchases valued US$250 and above, and only from US Postal Offices. The quantum is set due to the highly inconvenient, long and tedious process of cashing said Money Orders at packed postal offices. I truly thank you for your kind understanding!! **

Orders are shipped either directly from Houston or from Malaysia, depending on where I physically am at the time of sale.

Restocking Fee:
Eclettica does not charge a restocking fee so long as items are returned in their original packaging complete with gift box, ribbon and tissues (where applicable) - WITHOUT EXCEPTION, PLEASE - any design returned without adherence to this guideline WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and consequently, a refund not issued. Your attention to this is truly very much appreciated.

All items MUST be shipped via insured airmail to prevent delays and loss in the mail. Eclettica will not be responsible for items lost in the mail that are returned without proper postage and insurance. Return postage and insurance are non-refundable. Exchanges are also possible, within the 7 day period.

Customized orders and special commissions are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Other Information:
Most necklace and bracelet lengths can be lengthened or shortened, at no additional cost, and many earrings can be changed from French Hooks to Ear Posts or Leverbacks and so forth. Often, I can also change clasps to make the necklace or bracelet adjustable if you so prefer it that way.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS VERY WELCOMED - be it a design from scratch or you have want something reworked like a vintage treasure from granny, let's talk! Every request for a customized piece will be met with at least 2 sample designs and there are no strings attached. You purchase if you like it (them) and you don't need to if you don't.

I'm also open to payment via cash (if it's very securely packed under layers and layers of thick paper and sent via registered or insured airmail). Talk to me and we'll work on a payment mode that's best for both parties.

All care was taken in measuring every single piece and as with any hand-crafted design, slight human imperfections are to be expected. These, I assure you, only add to the whimsical appeal and charm of my eclectic collections, but I'll be happy to provide you with more pictures if you need them, just email me at sheela.goh@ecletticaonline.com.
