SALE Egyptian Cartouche Pendant with Hieroglyphs

This 1.5" pendant is stamped with Egyptian Hieroglyphs on the front. It has a very small hallmark on the bail which is too small to really tell what it is, other than that I could not find any markings to indicate if it is sterling silver. It could use a little polish, otherwise in very nice condition.
