Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Insurance is recommended but not required. However, if you opt for no insurance, the seller cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. In the event an item has been customized, a refund may be denied or an appropriate charge will be deducted for the customization.

Other Information:
We are required by law to collect Arizona State Sales Tax on all items delivered within Arizona. All others are exempt. We ask that you make payment within three business days. If you need more time, please let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate your patronage and will be happy to work with you. If we don't hear from you regarding your payment within three business days, we will be forced to relist the items and report the failed sale to Ruby Lane. Thank you!
