Large and Lovely Hand Painted Antique German Bowl

A large and lovely porcelain bowl dated "Sept. 29. '94" in gold lettering on the reverse side and also bearing a poorly struck manufacturer's mark followed by "Germany" below. This beautiful, old piece is hand painted with wispy stems and lavender florals in the center field and is surrounded with an ornately embossed, scalloped turquoise border. The whole effect is quite pleasing!

Measurements are a generous 10 3/4 inches in diameter by 2 1/2 inches tall and condition is excellent with no nicks, chips, or cracks of any kind. Please click on the photo to see additional, enlarged views.
