Spectacular Vintage Murano Toad Back Art Glass Bowl

An unusual vintage Murano art glass bowl attributed to Fratelli Toso with a cased "toad back" exterior of clear globular knobs over a cranberry colored interior which is profusely covered in bullicante bubbles and richly dusted in shimmering gold fleck.

This beautiful Italian piece dates from the 1950s and measures approximately 7 inches long by 6.25 inches wide by 2.75 inches high. It is in a very fine vintage condition with the usual, small bit of underside wear on the polished base attesting to age. There are no nicks, chips, cracks, or other defects of any kind.
