Embossed Sterling Silver Box for Victorian Chatelaine

A very sweet little box which is beautifully monogrammed as MLH or MFH in lettering so fancy that we cannot be absolutely sure of it. It is also embossed with lovely scrolling on the lid and nicely marked for sterling on the interior rim.

Fitted with a ring for a Victorian chatelaine, it closes tightly with a snap and measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter by 1/2 of an inch in height.

Condition is excellent for this little treasure with no dings, dents, creases, or other unsightly flaws of any kind. Please click on the photo to see additional, enlarged views.
