Fine Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Hinged Box

We are pleased to offer this spectacular hinged box from Mexico which is finely hand crafted in sterling silver. It dates from the middle of the 20th century and has a wood lined interior and beautiful detailing on the lid which is also slightly puffed or domed.

Very substantially made in a hefty gauge, this beautiful, old piece measures 4.75 inches wide by 3.25 inches deep by 1.5 inches high. It is marked "Sterling", "Made In Mexico" and "925" on the underside and is in an especially nice vintage condition with no monogram or notable flaws of any kind.
