We are pleased to offer this thoroughly charming, hand-colored French print by Lainder de Toulouze after a design by Hamilton. This original stipple engraving is entitled LA DANSE EN ROND. It dates from the early 19th century and measures 7 inches by 5.5 inches in the image portion and is 10 inches by 8.5 inches overall framed.

This rare, antique print depicts a joyful scene of dancing children from another era at play. It is especially pleasing and has been freshly framed sometime in the last half of the 20th century. Condition is excellent. Please click on the photo to see additional, enlarged views.
