PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Vintage Hungarian monogrammed grain sacks. These beautiful and tactile textiles were hand-woven from linen / hemp fibers and adorned with a hand-embroidered B E monogram. These once formed part of a trousseau. The cloth is simple and unpretentious, heavy and textured, unbleached and durable. The seams and hems are hand-sewn. All items are in pristine condition!

Measurements vary slightly. SACKS # 1 and #2 each measure 41” in length and 19 ½”. If unstitched at the sides, a continuous cloth of 82” in length would be produced. SACK # 3 measures 44” in length and 19 ½”. If it were unstitched at the sides, a continuous cloth of 88” in length would be produced.
