American, early 20th century small set of drawers. This small chest is nicely proportioned. It has clean and simple lines and a long, slender form that is not only visually pleasing but also particularly suitable as a desktop organizer -from stationary to collector’s specimens and from jewelry to small tools. It is has five drawers and four additional compartments underneath the hinged lid top. The drawers are lined with felt, have dovetailed construction and simple gouged dugout pulls. It is made from solid wood. The patination is both wonderful and original and the condition just superb. No repairs.

Measures 34 ½” x 8 ¾” x 9 ¾” H.
