Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Most items are shipped via USPS and all are insured at the buyers expense. No fragile or breakable item will be shipped uninsured. Unless otherwise stated usual shipping quotes are for Insured First Class Mail or Insured Priority Mail for items 13 oz. and over. Overnight - 2 Day Service is available to most US cities.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

E-Klectibles happily complies with all of RubyLane's standard return policies. In addition, we require that any returns of Vintage Clothing, Undergarments, Hats, Shoes & Gloves be made with any & all stickers or tags still fastened to the item as you received it. Thank you!
