Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Most items are shipped via USPS and all are insured at the buyers expense. No item will be shipped uninsured. Unless otherwise stated usual shipping quotes are for insured priority mail. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

New Jersey residents must add 7% NJ State Sales Tax.
