Sugar shaker, antique American glass often referred to as sugar sifter or muffineer (English term). Circa 1895, Melligo pattern by Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co., of Coraopolis Pennsylvania. Shaker is opaque blue glass, 4 1/2" tall, no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. Metal top with wear, has 5-point star pattern. This shaker is shown in Victorian Colored Pattern Glass, Vol. III.
