Sugar shaker, antique American glass, often referred to as sugar sifter and muffineer. Circa 1891, made by U.S. Glass Factory, possibly Factory "B".. It is 6" high to top of shaker, width at the base is 2 5/8" and shape is tapered cylindrical. Shaker is hand painted milk glass with floral decoration, blue background on the body of the shaker with stylized flowers surrounding the body. Top is original, 5-point star, nickel plated with two dents. See photos. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs to the glass. The shaker is mold blown with ring at the neck and the waist.
