Hat pin, antique, 10" long, circa 1900-1908, cast brass gallery of openwork surrounding the head. Head is 1/2" square, gold gilt, set with three rows of white rhinestones. The rhinestones are facet cut and prong set. All rhinestones are bright and have excellent color, no flat stones. Shaft is blued steel, it is straight and has the correct finding. The head is attached to the shaft with a knopped brass fitting, correct for this period . No damage or repairs. Guaranteed old. See photos.
