Pine shelf or over mantle, American circa 1870, 41 1/4" long, 8 1/2 wide, 9" high, thick 1" shelf and 3/4" backboard, shaped corbels are 1 5/8" thick with 1 3/4 original finials. Shelf top is shaped with rounded corners and scroll in the center, it has been cleaned and waxed, no stains in the wood. There are holes in the backboard where it has been screwed directly into the wall throughout its many years in use. Nice rich warm pine color ready for you to mount. See photos.
