Antique Necklace Five Mother of Pearl Cameos

Antique cameo necklace, circa 1880, mother of pearl, 22 3/4" measured diameter, beautiful iridescent coloring, low relief carved cameo pendants. Five different cameos, portraits all facing to the right. The poised silhouettes have unique hair dos. The mother of pearl cameos are collet set, are open back and have rope turning surrounding the settings. The cameos are graduated in size: center one 3/4" by 5/8", next two on either side are are 5/8" by 1/2". Pairs of links on either side connect the cameos. sizes are 9/16" by 1/2" and 1/2' by 1/2". Brass beads separated by a filigree sphere lead to the chain. Chain length is 7". Chain is four sided herringbone pattern. Necklace needs a safety clasp. I don't see evidence that there ever was one.
