Noritake spooner, circa 1930's, 7 1/2" length, 1 7/8" wide, 2 3/8" high. Backstamp is #27, magenta, M in wreath. Definitely hand painted, stylized yellow chrysanthemums on the front and the back. See photos. Two pierced handles on either end. Cut out for spoons. Interior is white porcelain. Exterior is off white background, tango orange border at the top, gold leaf line separates borders. Handles are gold leaf with slight loss on the top from handling. No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. A nice addition to a collection or accessory for a table.
