Antique inlaid mahogany desk, mantle or shelf clock. The dial is marked Spaulding Co. Chicago. Circa 1910. Size: 9" length, 5 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" deep with a 3 1/2" dial diameter. The original French movement was too far beyond repair. The clock is now fitted with a quartz battery movement that operates by an "N" size battery. Battery is not included but are available wherever batteries are sold. The movement is extremely accurate and has no audible sound. A good bedroom clock. The case has been refinished and brass has been polished and sealed. This is a good looking wood clock and less $$ than a new plastic Seiko. See photos.
