Porcelain table set, referred to as castor, cruet or condiment set. This is a complete set consisting of base to hold oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, dish for mustard or toothpicks. The fired porcelain is all white, with matching hand painted fruit design on each side. The base is 5 3/4" square with rounded corners, stands 1 7/8" high. There are five wells for inserting the five different table pieces. The mustard or toothpick holder because of its duplicity never had a lid. There is a turned wood handle extending from the base through the center. It is fastened with a screw. The salt and pepper retains original corks. They are 3 3/4" tall, 1 5/8" diameter of the body. Mustard/toothpick holder is 1 3/4" tall, 2 1/8" diameter. The oil and vinegar are 4 3/4" tall and 2" diameter. No chip, cracks, breaks or repairs. Some crazing in the porcelain, normal for this type of porcelain. The cruet set pieces have design painted only on the front side. See photos.
