Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I usually ship Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS Ground.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Please note that carnival glass is heavy and requires box within a box packing with lots of cushioning to assure it's safe arrival. Unfortunately good packing increases the shipping weight. I never charge a handling fee.
