Happy Indiana Glass Collecting!
This is a marigold carnival glass compote or stemmed rosebowl made by Northwood in the early 1900's. The pattern is called Daisy and Plume as the sides are adorned with raised daisies and feathered plumes.
This is a beauty measuring 6 inches tall and just about 3 inches across the hand crimped top. The bottom base measures 3 1/4 inches across. The marigold coloring is lovely on the stippled background. There is no damage, no chips, cracks or repairs. A beautiful and affordable piece of old Northwood carnival glass that would be a welcome addition to any carnival glass collection.
