Green Lotus Bowl With Mudman, Turtle, Blossom

I think this bowl represents a lotus pond with a fishing mudman, a turtle, and a lotus bud all resting on the rim. The bowl is 7" in diameter and 3" tall. It was made in China and has B-270 incised in the base. Two issues: There is a small chip under the upper lip--hard to spot because it has been colored green to match. Also, inside the upper rim there is a small area where the glaze is incomplete--just a little roughness. The mudman is missing his pole but a twig would work just fine.
