Hippo Ivory Okimono of Man Sitting

This is a very elaborate and well carved depiction of a man whom I believe is a priest, holding a fan and a gourd. He seems quite happy. I would have sworn this had netsuke holes but now I can't find them. Too much sake one night, I guess. His carving and coloration are complete from head to toe. He is signed by the artist and measures 1 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide, and 1" deep. A dynamite small piece of artistry.
