This cute frame has a sticker that claims that it is guaranteed not to tarnish and it is marked "English Silver," which apparently is a euphemism for tin. It has oval glass and the picture probably came with the frame, which dates to the 1930's. The metal is decorated with flowers and vines and is, of course, very soft and prone to dents. Price includes shipping and insurance. Actually, a charming memory of long ago when things weren't any simpler, just not as publicized.
