This is an Exceptional Antique Reverse Glass Painting Palace of Parliament London in its original frame. It measures 12 1/2" by 11". The visible portion of the painting is 8" by 6". Fantastic attention to detail and color. The sections of the building have an iridescent glow (mother of pearl?). Has original old square cut nails. Signed on the back (hard to make out). Painting is in very good condition and frame show some wear consistent with age. Hard to tell how early this painting is, without doubt 19C but could be much earlier.
