Peninsular Stove Burner Grate Cover Cast Iron Open Work

Peninsular Stove Co. vintage cast iron stove burner cover with decorative open work that was distributed by the Peninsular Furnaces Stoves and Ranges Co. They had locations in Detroit, Chicago and Buffalo. Circa late 1800s early 1900s.

Country Kitchen or rustic cabin decor, can be wall hung or displayed on an easel. I've only had these for 20 years, they came from a farm sale.

Cover is 7 1/4 inches in diameter not counting the hinge and 1/4 inch thick, in very good to excellent condition. I do have another that has damage to one side of the hinge, still displays well. Packed shipping weight for one listed will be 2 1/2 lbs.
