These exquisite Precious Moments velvet bisque porcelain plaques/ plates are beautifully done in soft pastel colors with a Wedgwood type trim. They come new in the original box. Sweet 3 1/2 Inch plates each come with a mini plate stand. There is a place on the back of the plate to write To: From:. They are from the mid- 90's. I have another different set of 3 in another listing in my shop.
