Rowland & Marsellus were importers, wholesalers and retailers, especially of 'souvenir' wares operating out of New York, c.1893 -1938. This is one of 5 plates, I will be listing this week.

Center of plate shows the State House and State Seal. scenes around the border includes :

~ Roger Williams Homestead, in Roger Williams Park

~Crown University, Van Winkle Gates

~ Market Place

~ City Hall

~ General Burnside/Olde Fire Station Exchange Place

Plate is in very nice condition, no chips or cracks, some minor crazing
