Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays very reasonable shipping ,handling and insurance cost. International purchases of value must ship priority with insurance.

Restocking Fee:
We do charge a 15% restocking fee, please shop carefully, We put really detailed descriptions on our items, and we are always available to answer any questions before you make your purchase. Postage and Paypal costs are not refundable. As per RubyLane rules, merchandise purchased on layaway is not returnable as the usual return policy does not apply, and any layaway payments made on unfinished layaways are not refundable.

Other Information:
Paypal payments are due within three days, 3 DAYS please ! Direct payment should be mailed the next day to reach us within 5 days. (8 days for Canada). We ship internationally, overseas customers must use paypal or wire the payment through Western Union. NO EXCEPTIONS ! . For Canadian customers we gladly accept Canadian postal money orders. We ship items with full insurance and delivery confirmation if possible. Items shipped within Tennessee will incur a tax rate of 9.25% unless we are provided with a copy of your resale certificate. Large items may be picked up in Nashville by purchaser with appropriate notice.
