St. Joan of Arc Jeanne D'Arc Fine French Antique Plaque of Beloved Saint

Offering for sale a fabulous antique plaque in honor of Joan of Arc, Jeanne D'Arc in French, beloved Saint Joan of Arc. This plaque is a beautiful tri-color metal of unknown content, the scene of Joan is silver, her breastplate of a copper color, and the outer columns and framing of a gold/ bronze colored metal. The metal plaque is firmly mounted on old maroon fabric which was probably originally a velvet, long since worn down to more of a flat weave, with some holes, see photos. Surrounding all is a lovely wood frame with easel back , which also has a few holes, indicating it could be antique wormwood. There is also a loop on back for hanging. There is a tiny projection on the upper edge of the wood frame which may be an old nail or other structural item that is slightly coming through from age, it is barely noticeable. The back of the easel frame is also wood, on which the original owner has written a message in French with his name. The overall piece measures 8 & 1/4" tall, with the metal portion being almost 6" tall. Other than the mentioned holes in the fabric, it is in wonderful condition with lovely patina to the metal and lustrous wood. I have not tried to polish the metal for the photo. This piece came from a fine antiques dealer , a friend of mine who travels to France several times a year to personally select antiques for her customers. It is really rare to find anything at all of Joan of Arc, she is so popular over there that items are not available very often, this is the first time ever I have had such a fine piece.
