One of the finest cameos I have ever owned, a large brooch of black glass and what looks like black jet applied onto the glass, set in a fine shiny gold metal I believe to be old brass or gold filled, there are no markings on this lovely item, it has the old original fastener on back in good working order with the older style locking clasp. This one features a huge center cabochon garnet, smooth and delightful with a high dome shape, surrounded by three rows of smaller stones, all old and wonderful. It measures 1 & 1/2" by 1 & 1/8" on the top and is in very good condition with no missing stones, no significant damage and only mild wear from age. Offering for sale a fabulous and very old garnet brooch or pin. This one features a lovely starburst design with large center faceted stone and eight surrounding stones slightly smaller, all finely faceted for brilliance. The center stone is framed with eight very small diamond shaped stones. It is 1 & 3/8" across and in very very good condition with mild wear only. This piece is from our personal collection, gathered over many years with care, a lot of which is now being offered for sale.

Offering for sale a fabulous and old ring of fine garnets. It features a large faceted center stone with a great dome on a princess style setting with three rows of more garnets surrounding. The ring top is 7/8" across and the stone are quite brilliant. We believe this ring was made a long time ago from a brooch. It is in very good condition with no missing stones and mild wear from age.
