Our Service Pledge To You:
I will do my best to offer you the best service at the best prices I can, and to always present my collectibles as truthfully as I can, as far as age, condition, and the value. I will respond to your orders promptly and will package items in the safest way I can. I am not responsible for breakage in route to your home, and if concerned, you may add the cost of insurance. (applies to high price items over $100. with UPS, Airborne) and any package with USPS. They require that you purchase insurance separately. NOTE: If you make an offer on one of my items and I return a counter offer, this offer is good for 5 days, PROVIDING the item is not purchased by another buyer. We cannot put a hold on items while terms or price are being negotiated.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I ship in the most economical way possible. The prices that I quote you are very good guesstimates, and I do the best to not overcharge anyone. Please email me if there is a question about shipping.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Checks will be held for 10 business days or until cleared though my bank before merchandise is sent. I would also appreciate a prompt payment of any item purchased and please be sure you want an item before you click on the purchase box. Any, YES ANY order that is not paid for within 10 days of purchase, will be relisted unless we come to an agreement through communication via email, or phone.
