Flow Blue Beaded Edge Berry Bowl

I think this is a cute little bowl about 6 1/2 inches round. It has some chips but all are on the underside, and cannot be seen from the top, there is also a hairline crack, (see pics). The edge is scalloped and has raised beading on it too. Seems very fragile. It has a backstamp,but I can barely see it. I think it says New Wharf, but all I can for sure see is "whar" and "england."
