This is a vintage hair dryer from Superior Products Co., Model 822. It has the swirled metal housing and appears to be in working order. The plug end of the cord has a piece that is missing and has been covered with electrical tape. NOTE: As with all electrical appliances, I am note responsible for any mishaps or accidents with the electical items I sell. My suggestion is that all vintage appliances should be checked by a licensed electrician before use.
