Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I do not charge a handling or packaging fee. I only charge the exact amount the post office charges for shipment and insurance. I recommend insurance on all items that I sell as most of them are irreplaceable! I double box breakables, with lots of insulation between the boxes. I am really a great packer! I will combine shipping costs on more than one item. Items will be weighed again and then checked for the lower cost. Once in a while the cost may not drop a large amount as the breakables still need a lot of room, double boxes and insulation. NOTE: All items are shipping PRIORITY MAIL unless another method is requested by the buyer. Small paper goods can be shipped first class in an envelope with cardboard insulation.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee, but the initial shipment to you the customer is not refundable. The item must be returned in it's original box and wrapping material and insured if it was insured upon delivery to you. When it is received in the same condition as it was when shipped, then the full refund amount will be paid to the customer.
Other Information:
We will ship anywhere in the world that uses Paypal. However, please ask the price of shipment to other countries so that there will be no surprises! Some shipping to other countries is quite high, and may change your mind on purchasing the item from the United States.
My items are antique or collectible (unless otherwise noted), and therefore are not absolutely perfect. But, every little detail will be noted in my description!
If you send a personal check, it has to be cleared (usually 10 days) before merchandise is shipped. Immediate shipment through Paypal or upon receipt of money order.
Checks or money orders should be made out to DOLLY SIMPSON and payment should be received within ten days. Please mail checks promptly so that they will get to me within that time period. I do reserve the right to put the item back in my store for sale, if the payment is not received in a timely manner.
