Art Nouveau Sterling Nut Dish Repousse & Pierced - Gorgeous!

This is one of the most beautiful Victorian nut dishes that I have seen in many years. The roses, and lattice and swirl work is fantastic. Made by R. Wallace & Sons Mfg. Co., of Wallingford, Conn., Circa 1890 to 1910. This piece is definitely Art Nouveau and dates to that period of 1895 to 1905.

It is 6" in diameter and 1" high. It is hard to read the very fancy initials, but I think they are "LEJ". There are a few small marks in the flat center of the bowl, but you have to turn it to the light to see them. They probably could be polished out by a jeweler if desired by the buyer.
