This 14 karat carved yellow gold ring dates from about 1900. It is mounted with a fine 2.5 carat fire opal (approximately). The ring weighs 4.6 grams. The stone measures about 7/16" wide. Lovely, very fine engraving or carving on the setting. Tremendous fire in the opal.
