Wonderful & very hard to find Melody and Friend. This pair was created as a special edition in 1992 by designer Hildegard Gunzel and the Madame Alexander Company in a limited edition of 1000. Melody is 24 inches tall with a beautifully sculpted porcelain head, arms and hands, legs and feet. Her head is articulated for posing. Her little friend Wendy is 8 inches tall and all hard plastic. Melody and Wendy wear beautiful matching outfits in pink and white. Perfect and complete with box, certificate of authenticity. Very beautiful set!
