SALE 1930's Composition Vogue Toddles W/Bent Arm Blonde Mohair Wig

This is a wonderful 7.5" 1930's composition Vogue Toddles. She is one of the early bent arm dolls. She is marked Doll Co on her back, and may have markings on her neck, but her wig is glued down pretty close to the edge where they can't be seen. She has painted blue eyes, and a blonde mohair wig. Her face coloring is beautiful! Her lips have that little slip of paint you sometime see on the Toddles.

Toddles is wearing replaced vintage clothing. Her dress is made of cotton and is blue gingham checks. It has an attached white organdy pinafore. There is silvery braid trim at the hem. The sleeves are white satin, with blue bias trim. The dress is factory made, but untagged. She is wearing a baby blue organdy bonnet with white lace trim, and panties made of the same material and color. She is wearing vintage black canvas side strap shoes that look like the MA shoes do, and has greek key snaps. She is wearing white rayon socks. She carrys a cute little blue and white crocheted purse.

Condition: Toddles has some crazing on her face and body, and some cracks. There is some paint loss as well. I've taken pics to show the areas of concern. The one area I did not get a pic of, is her feet where there is paint loss across her toes. Her hair is excellent, but has been rolled in a flip using a pipe cleaner. The flip is fixed more to the back of the head, and not on the sides where the bonnet fits. The dress, bonnet, panties, and socks are clean and good condition with one notable exception. There are some tiny pin holes in the organdy pinafore. The elastic in the bloomers is good. No odors noted, and none of the clothing looks laundered. The shoes are both good with intact straps and snaps. There is some wear on the bottoms. The socks have fraying around the edges.
