Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping charges, handling and required insurance. We are happy to give estimates for shipping and will try to provide you with the most cost effective means of safely transporting your purchases. Please note that we ship a very many breakable items. In order to ship these items safely, extra care and materials must be used in packing which may result in a higher than normal shipping charge.
We ship UPS Insured or Canada Post priority mail, fully insured with delivery confirmation, signatures required for purchases over $200. For International buyers we prefer to ship UPS or Fed Ex insured, if you prefer another method please let us know. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be assessed by their country's Customs Services at point of entry are the full responsibility of the buyer.

WE OFFER OPTIONAL LAYAWAY PLANS FOR PURCHASERS WHO PREFER TO PAY FOR THEIR PURCHASES GRADUALLY-

30 DAY LAYAWAY -- 50% will be due on the date of purchase and 50% must be received by Seller 30 days after the date of purchase.

As soon as the Purchaser's Lay Away obligations have been met, the item(s) will immediately be shipped to the purchaser.

Please note-- that if any required lay-away payment is not received by the Seller as agreed upon by the parties in the payment schedule(s)," Dolces' Antique Gallery" reserves the right to terminate the Layaway transaction without further notice and relist the item(s) for sale without any further obligation to the Purchaser who becomes in default of their LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN, agreed to at the time of purchase. Additionally, any partial payments made by the defaulting Purchaser will be forfeited at the time of the Purchaser's non-payment /default of their Layaway Plans required payment schedule. We are most pleased to assist our purchasers by offering time-deferred Layaway payment schedules, but we require that all such deferred payments must be received by us on time.

Restocking Fee:

If an item is returned, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 20% re-stocking fee will be due. We feel that our pictures and descriptions are accurate, if you have any questions about an item please call or e-mail before purchasing. All items must be returned in original or comparable packing. We will refund purchase price only after item is returned, and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as when it left. We do not sell items on a trial basis. Repeated ordering without completion of sale or repeated returns will result in a buyer being blocked. Please make all inquiries before purchasing to avoid any such discrepancies.

Other Information:
Please remember that you are purchasing antiques. Being very old, they will naturally have imperfections which are testaments to their age and use. Please e-mail if you have any questions.
