This beautifully executed Botanical engraving is dated 1834. One of a series of three from the mid 1800's, it is a very fine example of "early botanicals" very delicate, of gentle composition and coloring with very scholarly renderings.

It, as the other two have been double matted and set in hand colored and antiqued gold toned wood frames again, very much in keeping with the style of Circa 1800 drawings.

This Botanical is beautifully illustrated with dates and folio numbers clearly marked. On the back of the frame is the Certificate of Authenticity which certifies .. London Circa 1834
