This delicate and beautifully shaped bud vase is from the Victorian era circa 1850- 1900 The glass making process is called "Flash". The cranberry color is flashed down from the top of the vase gradually fading to clear crystal at the bottom. The vase is splendid with a gold banding around the rim and a double banding at it's gently footed base. It is excellent in it's condition with no chips or cracks.
