Our Service Pledge To You:
We will acknowledge all questions and orders within 24 hours and in most cases in less time then that. We always ship the next day after receipt of payment, sometimes the same day(Except for personal checks, which merchandise will be held until check clears bank, which could be 10 days).

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. We do not ship without insurance and it is very inexpensive. If shipping and insurance is not listed with an item, please include your zip code. We will contact buyer to give actual shipping and insurance costs, either by e-mail or phone. International buyers please E-mail for rates.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Your purchase will be confirmed within 24 hours. If not, PLEASE contact us because we did not get the order!! We accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. PayPal payment is due within 48 hours of confirmed purchase or PLEASE let us know. Personal checks and Money Orders need to be received in 10 days or item will be relisted. Orders paid by personal check will not be shipped until check clears bank. This could be 10 business days.Please make checks and money orders out to:
