Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. I will notify you of the amount due after receiving your mailing information. I ship every item with the utmost of care and pack securely using appropriate packing materials such as cushioning and waterproofing. I am not liable for uninsured packages. N.Y. State residents please include 8% sales tax.
Restocking Fee:
I do not have a restocking fee. Seller must be notified within 3 days after receipt of item if you wish to return. Item must be returned insured mail at buyer's expense and item must be packed back very carefully and must be in the same condition as when originally sent. No refund on layaways.
Other Information:
Payment is expected within 10 business days. I accept payment by check, money order or paypal. Please make check or money order payable to Diane Carpino. A United States Postal Service Money Order is preferred. Checks must clear my bank prior to shipping. International payments must be made by either Paypal, International Postal Money Orders payable in US Funds or International Money Orders also in US Funds and must have a bank branch in the United States to avoid fees when cashed. On International orders the full amount paid for an item will be declared on the customs form with the description as merchandise and not as a gift.
