Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. I ship every item with the utmost of care and pack securely using appropriate packing materials such as cushioning and waterproofing. I am not liable for uninsured packages. N.Y. State residents please include 8% sales tax.

Restocking Fee:
I do not have a restocking fee. Seller must be notified within 3 days after receipt of item if you wish to return. Item must be returned insured mail at buyer's expense and item must be packed back very carefully and must be in the same condition as when originally sent. No refund on layaways.
