Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to all orders within 24 hours. If you should ever break your piece send all of the pieces back to us and we will fuse the glass together and return it to you. Sometimes it may be a little different but that's the fun and artistry of glass. It is very difficult to photograph glass particularly Dichroic glass due to its reflective and transmitted colors. I will make every effort to describe the nuances and the actual colors. All of my customers have been very happy with their purchases and claim it is more beautiful than the pictures. Fell free to ask any questions regarding my designs.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Pay Pal is preferred. You can use your major credit card without an account with Pay Pal by simply following the directions when choosing Pay Pal when placing your order.

Jewelry Orders for earrings and pendants will have free shipping after the 1st item 1st Class Mail which is generally $2.00 (Excludes Wine Cork, Purse Hangers due to weight). More than one of large items ships priority at $4.60 for 2. Please inquire for rates for more than 2.

International Orders as stated at time of purchase

Priority Mail & Insurance recommended for larger Domestic orders for fast delivery. Generally runs about $6.60 for Continental US

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee if returned within 10 days of receipt.

NOTICE: You DO NOT have to create a Pay Pal account in order to use your credit card purchase.. Pay Pal is a service that allows us to process credit cards through the Ruby Lane stores.

To pay by credit card select Pay Pal as your payment choice if you already put a credit card name in it can be changed. This will not sign up a Pay Pal account.

If the freight has not been automatically charged you will receive an email with shipping & tax(in Illinois only) and a PayPal or pay now button will appear on the invoice.

You will then enter your credit card information.

At the end it will ask you if you want to set up a Pay Pal Account. This strictly optional. You do not have to set up an account.
