Time in New England, the song goes. Some say the most beautiful time is in the fall when the colors come alive in the blazing sun. Sunny golds, rich russets, handsome reds against an azure sky. If you agree, you will love this necklace and matching earrings. Eight different semi-precious gems, 61 in total, combine create the colors of New England on a sunny fall day. The green beads are Vesuvianite (often spelled vesuvinite); yellow is citrine; orange briolette is Spessartite garnet; pale blue briolette is blue topaz; darker teal briolette is kynite; and the three small rondelles are peridot, apatite and carnelian. Each gem is hand wrapped securely with sterling silver wire and attached to a figure 8 sterling silver chain. The clasp is an oval trigger clasp. The necklace measures 18" long, and can be shortened to your desired length. It is truly gorgeous. Only three were made made, and now, only one is available.
