This is a vintage signed brooch in a retro modern art deco style with stylized fan swirl shape and bead. This piece is probably from the 1940's.

The reverse is marked C A with an arrow through the letters pointing to the right and 1/20 12KT GF. This was the mark for Carl Art, Inc of Rhode Island.
