This a vintage sterling silver belt buckle of typical Art Nouveau style. The lady in the center has flowing hair and is surrounded by flowers and is holding one in her hand near her face. Around the outside are flowing drapes. The reverse is marked STERLING. It measures 2 inches tall by 1 1/8 inches across.
